Refund policy
What the one-time payment for the premium PDF tools covers, and the situations in which we will refund it.
1. What you are paying for
OmniTools offers an optional premium pack of ten PDF tools — merge, split, compress, rotate, convert and more. Access is unlocked by a single one-time payment of ₹15 (fifteen Indian rupees), which grants lifetime access to those tools. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no renewal. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
The premium tools, like every other tool on this site, run entirely inside your own browser. Nothing you open is uploaded to a server.
2. The nature of a digital product
The premium pack is a digital product that is delivered and usable the instant your payment succeeds. Because access is granted immediately and cannot be "returned" once it has been used, all sales are, as a general rule, final. This is standard for digital goods and is the basis on which the ₹15 price is set.
That said, we want the handful of people who hit a genuine problem to be treated fairly, so the exceptions below are honoured in full.
3. When you will get a full refund
We will refund your ₹15 in full, no questions asked, in any of these situations:
You were charged but access was not unlocked. If Razorpay took your payment but the PDF tools did not activate on your device — and re-entering your membership key did not fix it — you are entitled to a full refund or, if you prefer, to have your access restored.
You were charged more than once. If a network glitch caused a duplicate payment for the same purchase, every extra charge is refunded in full.
The tools do not work as described. If a premium tool is broken or fails to do what its page says it does, and we are unable to fix it for you within a reasonable time after you report it, you may request a full refund.
Requests in these categories are accepted for 7 days from the date of payment.
4. When a refund will not normally be given
Because the product is delivered instantly and works in your browser before you pay (you can see exactly what each tool does from its description), we do not generally refund in these cases: you changed your mind after unlocking and using the tools; you bought the pack by mistake but have already used it; your own browser, device or file was the cause of a problem that the tools handle correctly for others; or you no longer need the tools. We will still always read your message and use common sense — if your situation is reasonable, we would rather keep you happy than win an argument over ₹15.
5. How to request a refund
Email vabhishek39@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund request". Include the Razorpay Payment ID (it starts with pay_ and appears on your payment receipt) or the date and amount of the payment. That is all we need to find it.
We aim to reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method — the same card, UPI ID or account you paid with — through Razorpay. Once approved, the money typically reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, though the exact timing is set by your bank or payment provider, not by us.
